Individual and double-sided printed loop labels, card hanging tags, endless, precision punched insulating and stamped parts

Loop labels are usually printed on multiple webs in a thermal transfer printer.
The label is looped around the product (plant, ring, cable, etc.) and then threaded through itself to the special loop press-cut.
In addition to its adhesive-free mounting, the advantage of a loop label is that the loop cannot loosen itself.

We print loop labels on both sides with up to 6 colours.
The film thickness depends entirely on your requirements. Usually, the films have a thickness of 140 μ to 200 μ; of course, the films can be significantly thicker.

Card and hanging tags in different sizes are manually or mechanically attached to the product with a plastic or textile thread.
They can be printed endlessly using thermal transfer and then separated at a perforation. We print card hanging labels on both sides in six colours and use card that is up to 300 μ thick.

In the case of insulating parts and stampings, it is not the labelling but rather the technical application and functionality that comes to the fore.
We precision stamp foamed films or other plastics with minimal tolerances.
Cropped inner stampings or waste press-cuts are 100% controlled with our optical web monitoring.
